The self titled album ‘Nightmares And Daydreams’ is based off a series of vivid dreams about natural disasters, and focuses on introspection, guilt, doubt, and self-realization. The album is comprised of music written, produced, and improvised by N&D between the years 2009-2016, and was recorded, mixed, and mastered by N&D between the years 2014-2020.
